Can I leave my Body butter in the car?
You should not leave it in extremely hot temperatures the body butter is made with different natural ingredients that will melt in extreme heat the upside is if you accidentally leave the jar in the car it will harden after it cools down.
Can we contact you to make a personalized order?
Yes, please feel free to contact us by email or on our Wix app where we can chat to make a specific order or personalized order. You can also leave a comment when you purchase your items such as "hey can you please make sure there is no honey or roses in my order" and we will make sure neither of those items are in the order.
What if I get a reaction to a product?

Please discontinue the use of the product if you have any reaction or allergic reaction to it. Our products are made with all-natural ingredients but as some of us may know sometimes we are allergic to natural ingredients as some may be allergic to lavender or honey. We do our best to keep ingredients separate so that there are no cross-contamination fewer chances of buying a product that may carry something you are allergic to. Just please let us know in the comments at check if you have any allergies.
How Fast is Shipping?
Shipping takes 3-5 business days, weekends and Holidays are not counted as business days.
How does summer Shipping work?
Some of our Delicate natural products such as our body butter's are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, parking lots, and mailboxes. We do use more protective packaging in the summer, so products get to you safely. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. We have the same problem as companies who make and ship chocolates during the summer. We ask that you do not keep Body butter in the car during the summer because it will melt. The quality of our product is not affected by melting. With whipped butter, you can Place it in the refrigerator till it hardens or keep it away from heat for a little to let it settle on its own. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change it will become more like a body balm since it is no longer whipped. The whipping adds tiny air bubbles that increase the size, lighten the density, and change the texture, making the butter light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full. We make sure that we package to insulate the products during hot summer weather.
Can I do any returns?
Unfortunately because of covid and because our items are for bath and body care it is tough to do a return of the type. We take our health and our customer's health very serious we can give you a one-time discount code on the next order.
